Office Hours
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Our office hours are by appointment only. We believe this strategy allows us to provide convenient, efficient and patient friendly service to you, our valued patient. Patient appointment availability varies by physician but is generally Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:15 PM.

- Thanksgiving (beginning Wednesday at 12:00 PM)
- Christmas (beginning Christmas Eve at 12:00 PM)
- New Year’s Day (beginning New Year’s Eve at 12:00 PM)
Appointments
In most cases, we will ask that you arrive twenty (20) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time which will help ensure your appointment is efficient and timely. Keep in mind that you should allow adequate time for traffic and parking. Patients who arrive more than twenty (20) minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
New patients, annual exam patients and patients with a change of address or related information should download and complete the appropriate paperwork prior to your appointment. Also, be prepared to present a valid insurance card and pay your co-pay and deductible at the time of service. Failure to supply accurate billing information will delay your appointment and may lead to rescheduling your appointment or additional out-of-pocket expenses.
For your convenience, our automated service confirms all appointments two business days prior to the scheduled appointment date. If you find that you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call our office at (404) 352-3616 or use our secure online appointment form to reschedule. Timely rescheduling of appointments helps us ensure other patients have the opportunity to receive prompt medical care. Patients who no-show or cancel their appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee which cannot be billed to insurance.
