Alice Hood, MD

Dr. Alice Hood joined Atlanta Women’s Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2004. She is board certified in obstetrics & gynecology and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She practices both obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Hood is a native of Athens, Georgia. She graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 1993 and the Medical College of Georgia in 2000. She completed her residency at Vanderbilt University in 2004 where she held the position of Chief Resident.

Dr. Hood enjoys cooking, movies and reading.
